Intercultural assistance
Our organization has been promoting the role of intercultural assistance since 2009. We have also been involved in its formal establishment in the framework of intercultural work in the Czech Republic.
Intercultural assistants do not guarantee the content of the matter in question. However, they do guarantee their capability to interpret or translate given topics and their capability to lead the interested parties towards mutual understanding of the communicated content based on their knowledge of the participants’ cultural background.
We offer
- to help clients to prepare for an appointment with the authorities
- to help clients to prepare for a diagnostic interview
- to help clients to prepare for an appointment with the doctor
- to accompany a client to the authorities, the doctor, or to the specialist
- translations and interpreting (sight translation, filling in forms, explaining formalities, over-the-phone interpreting, etc.)
- arranging certain matters with the authorities
- drawing up certain official documents
- acting under a power of attorney
Price list
The price is always determined on the basis of a specific request and conditions of implementation. The price includes the preparation of the intercultural assistant.
The price ranges from 550 to 3,000 CZK per hour depending on the complexity and conditions of the service provided.
