Case management using expert methods and case conferences
Schools and authorities are often faced with problems that significantly affect the lives of children and their families. In case of intercultural barriers (especially language barriers), questions arise about the effectiveness of diagnostic tools, expert interpretation of acquired data, etc.
Our long-standing experience clearly shows that the most effective way to solve more complex problems is a joint meeting of relevant experts and interested parties at a so-called case conference (participants can be, for example, family representatives and other interested parties together with a headmaster, a teacher, an educator, an expert from the social and legal protection of children authority “OSPOD”, and so on).
